Normally go to Brian. As it is difficult to get a quick appointment with him as he is so popular, decided to go with Courtney as I was under the impression that all the staff are trained the Roar way, what could go wrong.... Big mistake, in my opinion Courtney has no artistic flair and does not seem to be the same caliber as Roar staff.

Great appointment with Courtney! The amount of knowledge she has is second to none. Completely listens to what you want out the appointment, whilst giving a professional opinion. Staff very friendly, chatty and not just to their own client which you see a lot at salons. Felt very safe in regards to social distancing & Covid-19 measures. Can’t wait to go back

I had a great experience at Roar and I’m so happy with my cut. The salon was very clean and the staff were all vigilant about safety and following procedures. Brooke is a great laugh, she’s also extremely professional and really knows her stuff. Thanks again 😊

Courtney was fab! She took the time to talk through what I was looking for and then went through her thoughts of what would look best for my hair type. Got the perfect hair cut in the end even though it wasn’t what I had originally thought I wanted. Courtney is a mind-reader and obviously so much experience that she just knows what will be best. So so pleased with the result. Thanks Courtney!
