I love this place and been there multiple times, however the latest appointment I went in for a specific style (side cut/half longer) but I ended up with a short pixie-ish cut. I'm sure I should have communicated it better too, but it was so different from what I asked that I'm not sure what happened. Regardless I still recommend the place and their color work is exceptional, but I'm slightly unhappy.
