I had a great first experience at Roar. My appointment was initially for highlights but on consultation with Brian and Craig they advised to hold fire on it due to the condition of my hair. The end result was I actually came out darker instead of lighter. I cannot fault the decision made as it has resulted in my hair being in so much better condition and has a shine it's not had for years. The cut and blowdry also by Craig was great. I have another 2 appointments already booked and there's a plan in place to gradually lighten my hair and still keep the condition it tact.
