Salon was spotless, hand sanitiser as soon as I entered, all staff wearing masks. Made me feel comfortable & safe. Fiona, bright, cheery, experienced, listened to what I asked for and did precisely that. Other staf all keeping social distance but friendly & welcoming. New biscuits good too!

Morgan is a fantastic hairdresser! A real natural. The salon is very clean and Morgan wears a mask and a visor so I feel very safe.

I didn't feel adequately listened to; the cut was much too short and not really what I asked for. The highlights were much more numerous and much brighter than I wanted, despite my expressing my reservations during the treatment. Even after asking for them to be toned down, I still feel they look brassy and awful, and I'm having to go to another salon to try to repair the damage.
