Went for a haircut with my fiance, staff was friendly and the place was clean. We paid for a senior stylist to do the barber cut for my fiance's hair and clearly that wasn't the case as he had to keep giving her instructions on what to do. She didn't know what a fade cut was and he came out of there with irregular hair on the sides and very badly chopped top on top leaving it very uneven. Mine was the same thing. I asked for a layered wavy hair style and came out with a straight hair with more volume, uneven ends and split ends everywhere. Plus, staff were supposed to wear a mask at all times and my stylist kept pushing her mask down to talk to me which made me very uncomfortable.
I loved my hair colour, had a great friendly and skilled stylist who listened to what i wanted but I had paid a £40 deposit and it cost £115 on top of that. I was told of the price beforehand but decided to go ahead as it had been so long since I had had my hair done but I think this is overpriced and have never paid £150 for my hair, sadly this has been enough to put me off returning to the salon. - just being honest!
