Unfortunately my hair was cut much shorter than asked and i will have to clip it back for a few months until it grows as the length is a couple of inches above my chin, whereas below chin was requested. Only a salon revisit was offered rather than a refund which i refused due to the length being unresolvable.

FIONA AND ALL THE TEAM AT ROAR ARE LOVELY PEOPLE AND SUPER WARM AND FRIENDLY. IN ADDITION, FIONA IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNOWS HER STUFF. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WOULD SUIT MY FACE SHAPE AND ADVISED ON STYLES ETC. LOVE MY DESIGN CUT AND STYLE. MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE 😍 THANKS SO MUCH FIONA AND SEE YOU IN OCTOBER.
