My very first time visiting this Salon and i was extremely happy with my experience! So much so i am back again this Wednesday for further treaments! Glad i found this place ;0)
• This Robert E Lee is one of the worst place ever. It said 2 hours of treatment they took 4 hours. This was one of the closest to SE10 0QU. I asked for Deep red brown highlights for my hair and my hair is orange in color now. • First they bleached my hair which I thought was unnecessary. But I thought they know what they are doing so accepted it. The graduate stylist was so bad she wasn’t knowing what to talk, her replies weren’t making any sense at all. Anything I ask she would run back to the other lady and she would give instruction from there without even coming and seeing my hair from closer. So they bleached my hair fully and put on a color which turned my head into orange. • Then they put on another color to rectify it and it now looks orangey brown, can’t see any highlights, looks like I had a full head color in orange. • My hair has lost all the volume, it looks so dry and lacks luster it used to , my husband hates it. I hate it. I can’t imagine how I came to work looking like this. • They kept washing my hair in cold water all the time that I am now really sick.
I have been using this Hair salon for many years and wouldn't use any other! Staff are professional, friendly and understand all hair types/needs. Great hair salon for children's hair cuts too - staff are great with kids! * Recommend to all! *
Can't complain at all, the staff was very polite and professional. I will definitely be going back in a few weeks when I need another trim.
There was a significant amount of hair/stubble left after the treatment. At one point, a clipper was used to "trim" one area and it was left stubbly. The whole point of having a Hollywood waxing is to be 100% hair free--but that was definitely not the case. Two days later, there was a lot of hair growth, indicating that the hairs were not removed carefully, but broken with the follicle still under the skin. I've had way cheaper treatments that were way better. I will not be going back to this place.
