The therapist at Robert E Lee was extremely flexible and friendly. I arrived late due to transport issues and she tried her best to reschedule me and then we decided to use the time available. She was through and the treatment was as expected and she ended up doing the full treatment anyways. Highly recommend this salon.

This salon has a great variety of treatments and definitely the best customer service I have experienced! The staff is personable and eager to make their clients happy even in the event of an unhappy customer. I had a minor complaint about a service I received here, but it was dealt with so professionally and with understanding that I will definitely go back for other treatments.

It was my first English-speaking haircut and everything was nice: the stylist was comprehensive and communicative, and the haircut was exactly as I wanted. No doubt I will come back there!

I sent my boyfriend to get a haircut in this saloon. It's literally next to where we live but I never knew it existed. My bf reported that the haircut was super, he is not a man of many words :), but I liked the final result.
