Apt was 30 mins late. Was charged a second time because gel removal only covers shellac not other types of gel. I had Baib gel. Only used a manual file, no acetone. Managed to file off a lot of my natural nail and still leave gel on nail. My nails feel like sandpaper, are splitting and are still sore days later as she filed down much of my natural nails.

Lily has done my gel nails a few times now and every time she does them, they look so good and last for ages. Last time I left it 4 weeks and they looked perfect! Would really recommend Lily, she’s fab 😊💖

lovely hair cut jayne was so nice and talkative and she listened to what i wanted and gave me great hair advice which was really helpful and will definitely be coming back here for my next haircut
