Such a lovely salon. First visit but was made to feel like a friend. Will certainly be going back not only for nails but a haircut as well

I cannot recommend Robert John's enough, I had a great experience! The staff were so friendly and great to chat to. I was donating my hair so it was a big change and I was unsure of what kind of style I wanted to have. Danielle listened really well to be ideas and styled it so nicely. I keep getting compliments of how well my new hair-style suits me!! I will definitely be returning!

Danielle was a nice woman, however the haircut was not at all what I asked for, was choppy, uneven and overall horrible. Staff were shouting down the phone and swearing, and the cleanliness of the salon was very poor. I had to go to another salon the next day to get it fixed. would not recommend coming here.
