The salon is very inviting and I enjoyed my experience on the whole, especially the massage chairs when getting my hair washed and the steaming hair wrap to help my hair absorb the conditioner, very relaxing! :) I felt very safe and appreciated the measures taken to protect everyone - only downside was sitting in a plastic disposable gown and face mask was almost unbearable in the 28 degrees heat under a hairdryer on the day I visited

What a treat! First haircut post lockdown and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Not only Robert is amazing at what he does (and sometimes UK hairdressers don't get my curly hair!), he was also an absolute pleasure to chat with. Such a relaxing 60 minutes! It was my first time there, but it won't be the last.
