I went for Balyage, toner and cut. Since beginning Robert was making me uncomfortable by saying he will not be able to do any thing more with my hair as they are block colored while in reality they were balyage . I am asian so he asked me if I have any hairdresser in my country. He was pulling my hair not gently. I can see my hair has visible highlights and they are not blended properly. Overall not satisfied and will never go again. Although he tinted my grey hair which I called day before and he was rude on call saying he cannot guide me on call. Customer service needs massive improvement for someone coming first time will be unhappy like me!!!!
