so, my hair looks good. don't get me wrong. It is totallly fine. But the reason I went in there was to get highlights so as so lighten my colour and I've ended up with darker hair than I started with and blonde streaks. Could be lack of communication. whatever. My biggest issue is two fold: one- Robert is clearly anti feminist as he mentioned the ford vs kavanaugh case stating "apparently he just brushed up against her when she was fifteen, I mean who hasn't done that" to which I would have responded much differently if I knew more about it at the time and my hair wasn't literally in his hands. Two- there are a host of perfectly capable women hanging around waiting for his go ahead to do literally anything, He would get distracted and walk off and they would stand there wondering what to do and he would come back and bark at them for not already doing exactly what they should have read his mind to do. Overall, if you book with anyone other than Robert, It's an inexpensive fairly friendly service. If you book with Robert, expect to hold your tongue about basically every politic you've ever had because he's pretty much full of it. Also, though my hair looks fine, it is absolutely nothing like what I wanted or what he showed me. Ask for Emma. You've been warned.
I got a haircut that was completely different from what I asked for. I wanted to go from long hair to medium length bob. My hairstyle needed to be saved in a different salon. It was so bad that I ended up with a pixie, nothing more could have been done. I will not comment on the cleanliness of the salon...
Nice staff, nice welcoming, however it took time more than expected.
It could be better if there is much more attention to the cleanliness of the chairs, mirrors, etc...
