Unfortunately Emma used a heat lamp on my head during the bleaching process. I did point out in all the many times that I have had my hair done that I had never had a heat lamp ever for a hair bleaching process, she said that it was a good thing. I ended up with burning on my scalp and had to have the dye washed out within 10 mins or so. My head still hurts 2 days later. Had to run home and shower and been rubbing aloe vera on ever since. Not good at all. First time at this salon and the last.
