Awful! The lady barely spoke and did not create a good atmosphere, she used the same stick throughout to continuously dip into the wax pot, did not change gloves in between waxing myself and a friend (both serious hygiene issues) and had a very peculiar way of cooling the hot wax down by blowing on my lower region! The worst waxing experience I’ve ever had, will not recommend.

Inexperienced hair dresser could not complete a simple straight trim, hair was different lengths until a colleague was asked to step in and finish the job. The end result is ok, but never going back again.
Also very tense atmosphere, everyone was running around so can only assume they were over/double booked.
