I was disappointed as soon as I entered the salon. Man on reception messing around on his phone. Half eaten tin of baked beans on table in waiting area, with spoon sitting in it - turns out it's the guy's lunch. Yuk. Kept waiting 15 mins as the client in front had walked in off the street with no appointment. Wax acceptable. Manicure awful. Quality of the varnish (thick and old) and varnishing unacceptable. I should have come out feeling proud of my nails - they looked amateurish and varnish cracking off the next day. Salon was not as clean as it should be. Their diary is empty and now I know why.
Had my hair done my Holly. Very please with the results and will definitely come back again. Salon is clean and nice looking, all staff were very chatty and friendly. Recommend 👍🏻

Cut could have been better. Not a full cut still have split ends.

Great service however I had to pay more after the service on top of the payment I made on the app. I was not expecting any additional charges but I had to pay more so be aware.
