First time at the place and wasn’t the best experience. The atmosphere was awkward and the therapist made me feel unwelcome.
There was a lot of sighing and rolling of the eyes,
I asked for a colour and they insisted it was the right colour (it was not the colour i asked for). They spend around 3 hours doing a mani pedi. The only one who did seem enthusiastic and bubbly was the hairdresser. I’ve had many mani pedis and with this having good reviews on treatwell this was a disappointment.

Another great experience with my favourite ladies for all my treatments...not been in a while due to having covid and the girls took all these factors into consideration...thanks for the 5* treatment again

I would recommend this salon to anyone. Lovely, attentive and skilled staff who kindly explained what they were doing throughout the process as this was the first time I had my nails done. Shills was very sweet and is excellent with nails. Her thoughts were always on me and what my needs were. My nails are fantastic and even better than I anticipated. I cannot recommend this salon enough. I will definitely be coming back.
