Treatment was okay but Sam couldn’t answer mu questions very clearly about the products she used on my skin & 100% didn’t like the amount of baby oil that was applied on my face at the end.On top Sam was on talking on her mobile phone for atleast 10mins,that was not very professional.She did apologise at the end saying it was an emergency but didn’t sound like it.It will be nice & more calming if there was a nice soothing music on while my facial,would be more relaxing.

Worst hair experience of my entire life. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!I asked for subtle balayage. I already had some balayage in my hair, some nice platinum blonde highlights mixed in with my naturally brown hair. She said this was fine and she could do it. She then proceeded to completely cover my whole head in bleach. The result is that my whole head is covered in horrible yellow highlights which I didn't want.
They still forced me to pay full price £50 even though I was so unhappy!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Made me feel very welcome Smelt beautiful as I walked in - Hair cut was fantastic only things I’d say is due to it being a new place you could tell all staff needed more experience with customers and equipment. The salon itself could benefit from a bit of attention decoration etc but I’d put this down to it being a new place overall was a nice experience.
