Face Massage
The venue is easy to get to as it is very close to Waterloo Station and on a number of bus routes. It is though in a business centre without a receptionist. There was no bell for Rock Chic as I remember so I could not get into the building and only managed to get in when someone with an electronic key entered the building. Luckily there was a toilet available to use while I waited - I was early for my appointment. I did not rate the 'environment' as a relaxing place, however the lady who did my face did a brilliant job, explaining as she went along and it was pleasantly amusing seeing her enthusiasm for her job. It was very good value.
Classic Facials
I prefer a deep cleansing facial with attention paid to extractions. Rosa has been the best at doing extractions that I've come across in London so far and I really enjoy the calming environment she provides. She really does her best to take care of you! Will go back again.

Had a hollywood done today by Rita. Very pleasant woman, very friendly and was so easy to talk to. Waxing was done quickly and efficiently. I was being a big baby as it was hurting and Rita was reassuring and patient with me! Thanks Rita!
She burned me! I have not been burned ever before while getting waxed and was horrified that it happened. She burned the back of my leg. I also then had to tell her to get a cold damp towel and put it on, she not only did the burning, but also had no idea how to deal with it. Would not recommend - which is a shame because she's a very sweet person - I just don't think she has 1 - much waxing experience 2 - any training in waxing.
