Rita was really good...probably the best extraction/deep cleansing facial I've had in London since at Eve Lom. She's very careful to let you know what she's going to do before each step to make sure you're comfortable and _very_ fastidious about extractions of blackheads. Plus, she gave me a foot and hand massage during the steam and masque times. Would definitely recommend Rita for deep cleansing facial and I'll be book again with her myself.

The facial was very nice but it was a different therapist to the one I had before, Rita. Rita is such a facial master that it would be hard for anyone to live up to her standards!

I really enjoyed my deep cleansing facial. Rita was great and she did the extraction without pain for me! It was such a good experience that the week after I took my husband to do the facial as well. Highly recommended.

I had a deep cleanse facial. The therapist was very nice and did the job thoroughly and made sure she extracted every blackhead. I higly recommend it to anyone who has combination/ oily skin that gets clogged up easily. I can see that my skin looks so much healthier!

This has been my second visit to Rock Chic beauty for a deep cleanse facial. I received a courtesy call as I arrived at the door as there is no Receptionist on the weekend. My facial and massage was professional and relaxing. Customers are treated with such care! The extraction is the main reason I returned as I have oily skin. The benefits of blackhead and acne removal far outweighs the pain (sounds gross I know, but it makes a diff to the skin and most salons don't do it)! As I left I wss thanked for returning to Rick Chic beauty, and wished a good weekend. I look forward to returning in 6 weeks time
