I had facial with Rita, and she was very very nice. My face felt smooth and clean after the treatment and I will definitely recommend her services and will come back again in the future.

Finding the venue wasn't too bad.The actual treatment room is in an office building,I found that a bit weird.The therapist met me at the door and was friendly,I was offered water which I gladly accepted.I had a deep cleansing Dermalogica facial and a face and neck massage.The therapist spent a lot of time massaging my face and spent little time on my neck.I enjoyed having the facial but my face felt very dry after the treatment.

The salon is located within an office building, it was difficult to get into the building. The salon is very small but cosy. The therapist was friendly and helpfull and explained what she was doing. The facial was worth the £20 I paid. However, I would have never paid the full price of £55.

I recently had a pedicure at Rock Chic Beauty and I was perfectly satisfied with my experience. The salon is small, just one room in a larger office building but very convenient if you travel from London Waterloo as it's 5 min walk from there. If you're looking for a proper, decked out salon then this may not be your style but it's great value for money and suits the purpose. The therapist is sweet and did a good job, I told her I had to catch a train and she had no issues speeding things up. Overall, spot on.
This place is a hidden gem. For value for money, I don't think it can be beaten, and I have recommended it to all my friends after both visits, and lots of compliments on the condition of my skin.
The treatment room is perfectly adequate and clean, but if you're expecting The Santuary style surroundings, you will be disappointed. Then again, a Dermalogica facial somewhere like that would be at least double the price. Brilliant, friendly and professional staff and after an hour, I had exceptionally clear, glowing skin. Will be going again in another 4 weeks for sure.
