Yes the room is small and in an office block, up from the Old Vic and next door to a Travelodge. But my review is on the actual facial experience. The therapist, Vee, did an amazing job with a lovely massaging technique and I felt totally relaxed after. There was occasional brief noise from water boiler I think, but not too intrusive. Each step was explained and the products used, Dermalogica, was amazing. Great value and would highly recommend it.

Clean and quite enviornment with relaxing background music . The therapist was friendly, she introduced the products that she used and the purpose for using that product. One of the impressive things was - she performed the massage while i was having my mask on the face - that is no time was being wasted!
Although it wasnt exactly 60min, but I am pleased with this service.

This was my second visit to the salon and although I'm not keen on the neon lights that stay on during the facial, the therapist and booking persons are very pleasant and accomodating.
My facial has been relaxing on both occasions and I have had several people at work comment on my shiny skin after these facials; great value for money and handy if you are near Waterloo.
The therapist was lovely and the venue close to the tube, but the facial wasn't very thorough. The products and procedures followed were more in line with a 30 minute express facial than an hour deep cleanse, which was what I had booked.

I went here based on good reviews on Wahanda and wasn't disappointed. Brilliant location right near Waterloo station. Zee is absolutely lovely and very efficient. Very pleased with my treatment and will be booking a 2nd appointment.
