I had an Express Individual Lashes on this venue. As I have a very sensitive eyes she used the glue compatible with my sensitivity, but spite of that I had a burning sensation in one of the eyes as soon as she put the glue on. After a while the sensation disappeared and everything was fine. The eye lashes last for more than one week because I followed the therapist instructions. I am very happy with the results and her advice and the paper she gave was very useful.

Great experience at Rock Chick Beauty. Amie did her best to book me in despite the lack of available dates around the time I wanted to visit the salon. Friendly, professional staff - I can only recommend this salon.

This was the worst facial I have ever had and I have to agree with some of the other reviews here. The girls at the reception were quite off-hand. When the therapist appeared from downstairs she was non-communicative and had no personality at all. I was not asked to fill out a form and there was no sign of any diplomas or licence displayed. The facial lasted no more than 60 minutes rather than the 70 minutes advertised, and it was an hour of repetitive face rubbing, not massage, which actually felt very uncomfortable. There was no extraction, despite being stated in the treatment details, which had been a reason for my booking it. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I couldn't wait for it to be finished. I wore a white robe which at the end of the session was put back on a coat hanger for someone else to use! There was no neck and shoulders treatment throughout, just at one point at the end, when it was quite awkward to remove the top part of the robe. My eye make-up was not removed. The bed felt uncomfortable. There was no proper sink, just 3 plastic bowls on the floor, and the therapist throughout the treatment was boiling up the kettle and wringing out a facecloth, making loud splashing sounds.
I would never go back here and I strongly do not recommend it.

I had Dermatologica facial at this parlor and my overall experience is not a wonderful one at all. It didn't feel professional. The equipment, the environment and therapy was just ok. My therapist was not enthusiastic at all. It as just like another job for her. I don't think I will be going there ever again. I would rather pay few more quids and get a proper facial somewhere else.

I think it was a good value experience. The ambiance was great, except there was this beeping outside the treatment room that wouldn't stop!
The therapist was very friendly, It was very good for cleansing and moisturising but not so for extraction. Although she did say my pores weren't that clogged.
Definitely value for money in terms of the products used.
