Rock chic beauty is nice however I found it a bit hard to find as I wasn't sure if it was the right place as the outside says B.Hive. The therapist was really friendly and welcoming. She was great as she explained what products she was using and what it does for my skin. Overall it was a good experience.

Really unusual venue. I'd looked in the window before and had wanted to go in. It was like a ladies club and very nicely decorated and I really want to go back there and I need an excuse. The facial was lovely, and the therapist was sweet. I can't remember too much about the facial though as I fell asleep and snored my way through most of it. I thought it was a good sign to be that relaxed.

I did not mind the fact it is in a basement through an office and I found it easy to find. I had Zee and liked fact she just got on with things. The exfoliation was a bit rough but I will know next time to ask for her to be a bit more gentle...having said that I did leave feeling very clean. I would go again.
