Great location in Covent Garden. On entering the building its quite a strange venue as to get to the therapy room I had to walk through open plan offices.
Great facial though. Steam. cleanse and extraction and the therapist was really good and knowledgable. Lovely facial massage. Would recommend it.
Classic Facials
i just had a 1 hour facial. nice clean place, warm welcome. the therapist explained what she was doing at every stage. the treatment was grate, she had a nice touch, very relaxing. i would have liked a bit more of a shoulder and neck massage, but thats just me.

Classic Facials
I went for a Dermalogica facial and the venue was quite easy to find. My treatment room was in the basement and quite a trek from reception. My therapist was knowledgeable. The facial was thorough and by the end I was very relaxed.
I had a very good experience of the anti-ageing facial at Rock Chic Beauty. I turned up 25 minutes early for my appointment but the therapist was happy to get started immediately so I didn't have to wait. She even carried on until the scheduled end time, so I got 25 minutes extra for free! The therapist used lots of high quality products and put me at ease from the start. She also offered me some choccies and a drink for free. My skin felt really nice afterwards and she gave me advice on how to avoid blemishes. I will go back in future.
I purchased the one-hour Dermalogica deep cleansing facial, the girl who did it was really nice - she explained the steps she was taking and what products she was using on my skin and why. I think I agree with one of the reviews below, I would have liked there to be some sort of extraction though.
I did feel really relaxed when I was having it done and my skin felt amazing afterwards (and lasted through to the day after). I'm not someone who cares 100% about the room being posh, but for those who want a really posh looking treatment room this probably isn't the place for you (it is still really clean and does the job).
Overall, I was very happy with my facial and would probably return for another one.
