My first visit and won't be my last. Rita was very friendly and professional. She made sure I was happy with the service before I left. I had a Shellac manicure and it looks great.
Thers just one treatment room as there is only one therapist- you get a one to one service without interuptions which is very nice.
A little therapy room a few minutes'walk from Waterloo. I had an anti-ageing Dermalogica facial which was very good. The therapist was very nice and professional, it was a nice experience, the space was quiet and had relaxing background music, I enjoyed the massage too, my face was glowing after the treatment and I felt great :) Will surely visit again!

Rita was very nice and gentle, because I have very sensitive skin, but the other lady that arrived after (think she is Rita's partner) was very rude with me. After, she apologized but even thou I didn't like the attitude. Such a shame because until that moment I was very happy with everything...
