The therapist is very friendly, and takes a lot of care; always ensuring the client is ok. My only problem is that the wax did not pull all the hairs out, just broke several off so the next day they are already above the skin. This could be due to stubborn hairs as some time had passed between my waxes.

I would recommend Rock Chic Beauty to anyone. By far the best manicure I have ever had, Rita was so kind and friendly and most importantly a total perfectionist. I felt very welcome and am really pleased with my nails. Have booked to go back and have a facial. Thanks Rita! X

This is the first facial I have gotten here, and it was fully worth it. Rita my therapist was wonderful and the treatment was relaxing. I did opt for the extraction as well in the end and was glad I did, my skin feels wonderful and smooth! Will go again.

Rita is fantastic, so nice and polite. She paid attention to every little detail of the manicure and made sure I am 100% with it. She offered to repaint nails in case they chip over next 2 days (they didn't!). She also have me good tips of how to take care of them so the manicure lasts longer. Amazing!
