I loved my first visit to Rock, Paper, Scissors. Nice but not smarmy welcome in a quirky, delightful spot. Easy chatter, good music. And a great haircut!! Allan really understands hair and how to cut it and is very good at listening to the client. What more can you ask - I look forward to my next visit.
