I'm happy with the cut but I felt the stylist was rough when handling my hair, combing through, blow drying and straightening. Also didn't use any heat protection on my hair before styling which is the first time I've experienced this in a salon.

I am very happy with the result, however the atmosphere is really disappointing.
The lady who looked after me was quite brutal and you don't feel very welcome,no one talks to you.she pushed a rolling chest of drawers to me and hurt my elbow but she didn't see it as no one cares,washed my hair with cold water and I said several times 'ouch its cold'(not even a 'sorry',whatever...), she really pulled my hair and the blow dry was painful however it looked great in the end.I am not sure about returning,even if I'm happy with my hair style you don't feel welcome at all...also details count:no proper hand wash in the bathroom...

Nice, quirky little salon. The lady cutting my hair was lovely, listened to what I wanted, talked me through what she was doing and suggested a new style for my fringe. Hair feels great and I've been complimented loads on the new hairstyle.
Only downside is that I had to wait for over half an hour when I got there; it could have been made a more pleasant wait if I would have been offered a drink or something to read.
