Free coffee and chocolate roll, staff don't chat much but are friendly, wash and blow dry for 17 - great value :) Would go again!

Decent enough haircut, I guess, but certainly not what I wanted/asked for. Was asked how short I wanted it and I explained just a trim because I'm trying to grow my hair. I now basically have a bob and have to start right back at the beginning. Was asked how I'd like it finished and I asked for some waves. However due to my hair being so much shorter than intended and the stylist completing curling my hair, ended up leaving feeling embarrassed with how I looked. The staff, however, are nice/welcoming.

Best hair experience I've ever had. I have VERY thick hair and am used to hairdressers huffing and puffing at the length of time it takes. I let them know I would need a little longer just as a warning and they accommodated. Then she had my sister to deal with, poor girl, her hair is just as thick! I have mixed hair and if they can do mine, they can do anyone's! She cut it exactly as I like it and I left feeling a million dollars. Definitely would recommend and WILL BE BACK!

My cut and blow dry was great. My sister and I have very difficult, thick hair and had appointments back to back. The lady didn't complain, even though both of our appointments ran over by half an hour. It was the first time I have left a salon with exactly the look I wanted! She blow-dried bouncy vintage curls into it and I left feeling great. I will be going again.

Vibe was great, small and cosy and very personal. Staff were warm (and fabulously dressed) and gave me the cut I asked for (and a beer). I went for the Monday special so the price was right. I'll be back for sure.
