It was lovely as usual and my hair cut is great, but I had to wait about 20 minutes as they were behind schedule. Just as well I didn't have to rush anywhere afterwards. And, unusually, I wasn't offered a drink or anything - maybe I've been spoiled before! I gather they were a bit run off their feet but seemed to keep their cool in the heat in every other respect.

Difficult to rate using your criteria as Rockalily Cuts cancelled my appointment! I've given them stars for having phoned me in time before I got on the train. Bit fed up though because I was having my hair done for a special occasion and it just didn't get done. Zero rating for forward planning then Rockalily. But I will book again. They're so good in other ways!
