I booked 1 PM, called at 11 AM to move it to 4 PM, and was confirmed by phone. When I arrived at 4 PM, the stylist was incredibly rude, saying an internal error meant she wouldn't honor the reschedule. She angrily declared it wasn't her problem. She was mean, refused the haircut, and only offered next Sunday after I specifically asked. The lack of professionalism and hostile attitude was appalling.
