It's a small but modern and clean space. I got eyebrow wax and tint and felt it was good

I have made an appointment on Treatwell for 11AM. The therapist was 10 minutes late and when she did arrive the wax was not hot and so we had to wait another 30 minutes for the wax to get hot. As this was during a week day and I was trying to get it done on my lunch break- I was eventually late for work and had to spend money on an Uber to make it back to the office due to this unprofessionalism.
The room in which the waxing takes place is a “converted” bathroom and there is little to no space for the therapist to move around to wax the clients properly.
In addition to this, it was extremely cold. The entrance door does not close properly and I was constantly worrying someone might just walk in.
Whilst the therapist has tried to apologise for the delay and the actual waxing was good- the entire experience has been horrendous.
