Anna nailed it! I had quite dark roots before and I wanted to go quite a lot lighter. She listened and succeeded perfectly. I now have a fesh summer blonde and a new hairdresser who I will definitely come back to. She was very effective and clearly had done this for a while so I felt confident from the moment I sat down.
