I had to wait 45 min because they had a double booking, they could have offer me a glass of water or magazine to wait but nothing.
Regarding the color, I showed them a picture of what I wanted but I ended up with a different color.
The hairstyle was not really modern, with a lot of hairspray.
I will not go back there.

Very good shaping and colouring down by beauty technician. Compliments received by other technicians! Some miscommunication with the salon about bookings but Jurgita resolved it.
