As soon as I got in I was told there had been some issues with bookings so I had to wait a further 40 minutes and had to come back. I had read some of the reviews and wasn’t too surprised about this, plus, I was desperate for a hair cut so I just waited. When it came to the hair cut, I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. She briefly looked at it and said “it’s going to be short” even if I already knew that. She never asked to see the picture again, even though I had my phone at hand and would have gladly showed her a thousand time. The final result was weird and it was clear she probably tried to remember what the model looked like but messed up resulting in quite a weird shaped haircut. It was difficult to realise what she was doing during the process so I had to wait and see after she was done. I have a feeling the customers they normally take have more basic requests but I was willing to try because the price, despite everything, was quite good. The stylist who cut my hair was very friendly, but the owner never smiled and was quite rough when she washed my hair.
