A very disappointing experience overall. The therapist was 20 mins late for my appointment and did not offer any apology. The treatment itself is below average and would have expected a better service to make up for the delay. Unfortunately not. Won't be coming here again.

Utterly shocked and disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and manners of the salon owner. After waiting for 20 min without a simple apology and after a 20 min wash and trim, the owner tried to overcharge me for a service I did not book and certainly did not receive, arguing in the rudest way possible that the appointment type I had picked online was not the right one. Needless to say that was the first I heard of that, after the appointment itself and not during the 20 min I was in the salon waiting. It was the second time I visited the salon and definitely the last. That was the worst I have been treated as a customer in years.
