I booked a hair appointment in Rokas Hair & Beauty Salon via Treatwell for today. I must say I was extremely disappointed by how the staff treated me. I have been waiting almost 30 minutes to be helped, what's more they refused to serve me saying "they don't have time". When I asked for the refund they said they will not give me any money back as "it is my problem" and that i need to contact Treatwell. I wasted quite a lot of money, time and my patience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
