So unhappy with the treatment. Awful customer service. No one as there to do my eyelashes. Woman seemed hungover, and over plucked my eyebrows and left the dye in the eyebrows too long. I won’t be returning.

Therapist was SOOOOO lovely. And such a friendly lady. Loved her. Wax was great. But salon was in-between moves, so I turned up at the address stated on the email but turned out I had to be walked to older salon. This was my first visit so didn't know. As it was the last day or so in the old salon it was a bit messy boxes all over, there was a fly in the room which was really disturbing. But I came out with a smile on my face and a great wax! So nothing to complain about.
