I had to wait 45 min because they had a double booking, they could have offer me a glass of water or magazine to wait but nothing.
Regarding the color, I showed them a picture of what I wanted but I ended up with a different color.
The hairstyle was not really modern, with a lot of hairspray.
I will not go back there.

Their punctuality needs huge improvement. Also, I was seen by a different beautician as ghe one I had requested on the app was not even there that day. Lastly, I don’t think that the lady that cut my hair is properly trained however she was lovely, took the time and did a decent job.
