No frills but good cut and nice staff

Worse facial ever. Don't go unless desperate. Other than Products is ok, nothing else is.
Had to wait for 'therapist' to finish cutting someone's hair so treatment started 10mins late and was shooed out on time, so 50mins session instead of hour facial that I paid for.
Been to facial where it's in a hair salon but never one with table under a bright office light so was like facial in a NHS doctor/ dentist room. So nothing restful/ relaxing with background sound of people chatting and kids screaming outside.
Clean place but rate cleanness low due to the musty smelling cloth used and only a small little finger bowl of water used like 3 times (no change of water)
There are many more place around I would recommend anyone and everyone to go instead.

I was a bit surprised when I got into Rokas as the main entrance goes to a gents' grooming saloon. My waxing was good and the lady was very precise! I appreciated that.
