My appointment started promptly which was good and the therapist did a very good facial, my skin definitely felt soft and smooth afterwards and she said I looked brighter although I couldn't see that but still I felt like I was glowing.
My only criticism is I booked a 1 hr Elemis facial but I actually got a 45 min Environ one. It was still a fantastic facial but I did feel mislead because I specifically chose this facial as it was a cheaper 1 hr facial than another salon. However this is probably more Wahandas fault so treatments should be confirmed as accurate so as not to disappoint people. That said the lady was lovely and even fixed my fringe free of charge as it got wet from the facial so I was there for an hour anyway.

Although the place is quite small, the session was really quick and the lady was polite, attentive to my questions and welcoming. The service was satisfying and of good quality.

Fast to be seen. Great blow dry and was also very fast. I feel a little guilty they broke three brushes on my monstrously thick hair, but I will pay them back with repeat business if they will have me again!

Easy to book an appointment however due to the shop having different opening times. I arrived there on time and but they was closed I had called to find out why they was closed and they had offered to rebook the appointment for me
