WORSE THAN 1 STAR. I went to Rokas for a trim. During the trim the hairdresser pulled out a cutthroat razor and shaved the hairs on the back of my neck without applying any shaving cream or oil. On returning home I found that I had razor burn and cuts on the back of my neck. These people could not even do a simple trim without drawing blood, with all the risks of HIV and hepatitis that this involves.

It was okay for the money I paid. The salon isn’t very welcoming and I wasn’t made to feel comfortable, no drink offered and lots of taking between colleagues which made me feel awkward to be there
