First time I tried the deep tissue massage. It is pretty strong pressure so if this is your first time, ask for medium pressure no more.

A really good experience. Definitely one of the best deep tissue (and actually deep) massages I’ve had and would certainly come back. The atmosphere and materials used were all high quality. I walked out of there feeling so much lighter and walking smoother - I didn’t even realize I had been holding that much tension!
