I purchased a 1-hr deep tissue massage with Ken which I extended into a 1.5 hr session on the day for a very reasonable surcharge. Ken was extremely professional and very good at his job. He told me I had one of the most badly-knotted shoulder he had come across (which was no surprise to me) and proceeded to try to get rid of all the knots. That was at times fairly excruciating - which he did warn me about! He explained everything he was doing and continuously checked with me that I was ok with it. At the end of the session, I felt quite worn out but my shoulders felt like they had a new lease of life! Ken clearly knew his job well and the treatment I had from him was first-class. The session in fact exceeded the 1.5 hrs I asked for - simply because he was so thorough and wanted to get rid of every single knot. This sort of dedication and level of service is something I have yet to come across in any salon offering massage services. I would thoroughly recommend Ken Rolle as a massage therapist who is extremely good at his job, works hard, is very pleasant to deal with and charges reasonable prices.
My only gripe is that the staff at LA Fitness, where Ken has his treatment room, are not very efficient and kept me waiting for some time before allowing me in for my appointment.

Very professional and exceptionally good at what he does. This was the first proper deep tissue massage I've had and it has gone a long way in relieving a lot of stress and pain in my upper back.

Ken was very good and I really enjoyed this Advanced Deep Tissue Massage especially as I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulder areas, which has now virtually disappeared. I will definitely be going back for another Advanced Deep Tissue Massage.

I had deep tissue therapy and I had one the best massage I have ever had. Ken was one of the best therapist I have encounter. He was technically excellent and personalised the treatment according to my needs. He was very professional and friendly. I cannot ask for a better therapist. I will certainly go back to Ken and highly recommend him for anyone who wants an awesome massage.
