great value for money. i couldn't believe the difference i felt during the treatment and after. i loved the handout after the massage too. cant wait for my next appointment.
Can't recommend Ken enough, have now had 3 massages. On the first occasion Ken put me completely at ease and after a generous hour massage I left refreshed and relaxed. He also provides a post care leaflet which helps to maximise the benefits.
Truly can't recommend this place enough, Ken listens to what you are looking for and adapts the massage to suit your needs, the therapeutic, deep tissue combined with hot stones is a real treat :) I only hope he won't get too busy and I'll still be able to get appointments!
Ken was nice and professional. I especially like the leaflet afterwards. In the leaflet, after care information was well provided and very useful. I can feel Ken's dedication to massages and therapies. I had a good massage with Ken and highly recommend it.
I wasn't sure how relaxing the gym environment would be but it was great. A warm comfortable quiet room, candle light and soothing music. The therapist was very professional and took into account how I liked massage to be and regularly checked the pressure was ok with me. He even added in some hot stones which was an unexpected treat. I felt very relaxed afterwards.
I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Kenneth Rolle. He was organised and professional, identified my problem areas and worked them out thoroughly. I left feeling very relaxed and a whole lot lighter.
I would recommend Kenneth to anyone and will be back for more.
