If you want just a light clean up with nice looking nails then this is ok for you. Personally, I needed a proper clean up, with naturally shaped toe nails, but Lan just cut them straight without following the roundness of the nails. When she used a clipper to cut I've seen clearly that it was previously used for the customer besides me without being cleaned properly. My dead skin has been cleaned superficially. If you look at my feet they look pretty though, polish was applied nicely.

One of the extensions came undone with 24hr of the treatment and the result was pretty disappointing (chunky).

Poor manicure. My cuticles were left dry and dusty and looked worse than when I went it. When I pointed this out the technicians started talking in another language to each other and laughing, and did not offer to fix it. It is a shame and I won’t be returning.
