All in all a very pleasant experience, friendly staff and good facilities will definitely go again
This is my 2nd visit and had yet another fab day! The only downside on this occasion was that after arrival and getting changed, we were told they no longer provide slippers, whereby the website states they do. This was resolved by a staff member who went out of her way and got us a pair of washed ones from the cupboard as a solution to the issue. Otherwise, had a great day, food was fab and staff really helpful, and will be returning again!

Lovely day! although, we arrived and was told they don’t provide slippers anymore so had to either go around in your own shoes or bare foot! A lovely member of staff did however find us some on this occasion that we’re old used washed ones! Not the same but tried to help, and the lockers went bust and wouldn’t work which was annoying but this aside..., a lovely relaxing day!

Really enjoyed our spa day, staff were friendly and it was quiet enough that our group of 6 could enjoy all the rooms/pools together. Unfortunately it falls short of 5 stars because although there is a picture of a swimming pool on the treatwell page for the manor, when we asked they said there was no outdoor pool which was a bit disappointing, so not sure if the treatwell page needs updating.
