Incredibly relaxing from arrival to departure. Food was amazing and restaurant beautiful. No hidden extras (we had the overnight package at £120 per person). Fantastic staff who made us feel very welcome. The outside hot tub had a bit of dirt around the edges. I asked a staff member who cleaned it straight away. she did say they were cleaned daily and it was just massage oils from people that day. If they had had all three hot tubs open, maybe they would all get used and not get so dirty. But there was only the one open. Hydro pool lovely. Hanging chairs fab. Room was massive with fantastic bathroom. A bit warm with the heating on.Would recommend!
Loved everything about our spa day. The staff were friendly and looked after our group of 8 incredibly well. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of quality and quantity, however the afternoon tea was impressive- delicious and plentiful. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and could make full use of the outdoor facilities too. Definitely will be booking again in the future!
