Went in for a Brazilian wax. Nice ambience and Chiara the beautician was lovely and experienced. Although they didn’t specify it was meant to be strips (which is never mentioned in the treatment description). I asked for a hot wax and got in but instead of the agreed £22 they charged me £29 without even offering a discount or anything (the £29 was never listed as an option either..). So a bit disappointed by the price..
Chiara was absolutely fantastic. Never received such seamless service in my life.
Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Camilla was really friendly and fun to talk to during the appointment - she listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. Could not be happier with my new haircut. Thank you!
