First time having my haircut at Root my stylist was attentive, listened to what I wanted , confirmed it back to me & then did a great cut!! Fantastic place. Awesome. Will definitely return x

Really nice salon with friendly staff and a great haircut! The good coffee was also very welcome on a Saturday morning.
My experience at Roots Hair Salon was very nice, first time visit and a pleasant time with Edward. He understood what I wanted right away and explained what he's going to do. The salon is pretty, elegant and clean. The staff super friendly and fast. I was offered tea or coffee and my coat was taken to the closet when I arrived. I also got a notification text about the card terminal not working in the salon that day. I'll definitely go back next time.
I'd been looking for a new hairdressers for a while now because I've just moved to London, and Roots is perfect. I've had the best haircut I've literally ever had, the service was wonderful and the natural products they used were absolutely amazing - could not recommend more!
