Misbooked Shellac "polish and file" for the "full manicure" as its not clear on Treatwell. Was then asked to pay extra £10 at end of treatment which is fair enough, however I had the following issues:
The 1h full manicure they were supposedly charging me for took 35 mins as it was fairly rushed
They use Gelish products not Shellac so totally misleading sales - they're not the same. Shellac is kinder to the nails. Also limited colour choice
The manicure wad average at best with some nail corners not fully covered by the paint, I could have been more precise myself.
Won't return here.
So, after arriving at the salon, they were running 40mins late for my appointment. Not because everyone was busy-3 of the staff were washing each others hair, while I sat there waiting for someone to serve a paying customer. I then had a haircut with a hairdresser I hadn't booked. The cut itself was ok, but I felt they were in a rush to close the shop, and so was left covered in hair. I had to dust myself off and was informed "you're using the wrong brush". I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

My hair looked really nice after the blow dry. I also liked the natural products they use as even after quite a lot of hairspray my hair wasn't weighted down.
The salon is pretty and the atmosphere is nice.
