Staff were really friendly. Products used smelt lovely and the head massage during the washing was just what was needed. The cut was perfect and still sitting really well a few days later when I am styling myself. Maurizio dried it wavy which I don't usually do making it look great and special after. Would highly recommend.
Excellent blow dry, lasted for ages. Only negative was I had to wait 30 minutes as they were running late

Root is a great salon - have been getting waxing here for about 10 years and all the staff have been amazing. The salon has always been really fresh and clean - and the recent refurb is very nice too. I had the gel file and paint - it was good - could probably expand on their range of colours - but I think they're working on it!
