The treatment itself was as it should be (I won't call a wax enjoyable, but I enjoyed the chat with the therapist). The therapist was really good, friendly, personable. However it was spoiled for me because the therapist was double dipping (so putting the spatula back in the wax pot after applying wax). It is very unhygienic (imagine me having an intimate wax and the next customer having a facial wax from the same pot) and can transmit skin diseases such as Molluscum Contagiosum (MC). I didn't say anything at the time as I felt embarrassed to do so, but not sure if I want to go back to that salon for that reason.
